Below these thresholds the actual shipping cost is shown at checkout, based on destination and weight.

Processing

Orders placed on weekdays before 3pm are usually processed the same day. Orders after 3pm or at the weekend go out the next business day.

Delivery times

Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Belgium: 2–4 business days
Germany: 2–5 business days
Other EU countries: 5–10 business days, depending on destination

Track & trace

As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier you'll receive an email with a track & trace code, so you can follow your shipment live.

Not at home?

If nobody is home on delivery, the carrier will try again the next business day or take the package to a nearby pickup point. You'll receive automatic notification.
