Warranty & service

We stand behind the quality of our products. That's why you can count on a fair, transparent warranty based on consumer rights in the Netherlands and the EU.

Statutory warranty

The statutory warranty applies to all Little Company products: a product should do what you can reasonably expect from it. If a defect arises within that period that isn't due to normal wear or improper use, we'll work with you to find a suitable solution.

When does the warranty apply?

  • Material or production faults
  • Defective zips, buckles or stitching under normal use
  • Unexpected wear that doesn't match the expected lifespan

When doesn't the warranty apply?

  • Normal wear from daily use
  • Damage from accidents, misuse or improper cleaning
  • Damage from sharp objects or rough handling

Reporting a complaint

Have a complaint about a product? Contact us within a reasonable time via the contact form. Have the following ready:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the problem
  • Two to three clear photos of the defect

We respond within two business days with a proposal: repair, replacement or — if neither is possible — a refund.

Care

A lot of complaints can be prevented with good care. The product page has specific care instructions per bag. Most bags have a Bionic Finish that repels small stains and light rain; wiping with a damp cloth is usually enough.
