Not entirely happy? No problem. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return items.

Conditions

• The product is unused and in its original condition
• All tags and accessories are still attached
• The original packaging is included

Items that don't meet these conditions unfortunately can't be returned.

How to return

1. Register your return via our contact form or email, with your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack the items securely and include a copy of the packing slip.
3. Ship the package to the return address we send you by email.

Return costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or there's been an error on our side. In that case we provide a free return label.

Refund

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the same payment method you used. You'll receive an automatic email confirmation.
