Orders over €50 ship free within Europe. Under €50 we charge a flat rate of €5.95. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Orders placed before 3pm are usually processed and shipped the same business day. Delivery within Europe takes 2–4 business days. International delivery can take 5–10 business days, depending on customs.

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags still attached. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective.

Our bags are made of water-resistant materials — they handle light rain and small spills well. They aren't fully waterproof and shouldn't be submerged. Wipe stains off straight away with a damp cloth.

Yes, every one of our nappy bags comes with a matching, removable changing mat.
